The win marks a milestone for both Luca and the Australian pizza scene on the global stage.

Having moved to Australia in 2020, Luca transformed his dream into reality by working his way from chef to full-fledged pizzeria owner — pouring all his passion, heritage and dedication into perfecting his craft.
